10. Payment Terms & Service Modifications
By using Bth Developers software, you agree to the following financial and operational conditions:
- Payment Obligation: Full payment for software installation, domain, hosting, and ERP services is due as per the agreed-upon date. Failure to settle the balance constitutes a breach of contract.
- Automated Downgrades: In the event of payment failure or default, the company reserves the right to automatically downgrade the user to the Basic Plan without prior notice.
- Feature Restrictions: Under the Basic Plan, any requests for custom features, upgrades, or modifications are strictly chargeable.
- Support Policy: Professional support is limited to technical malfunctions. Constant calls for basic operational training are not covered. Clients are expected to ensure their staff is trained to operate the software via provided documentation.
- Service Termination: Continued failure to meet financial commitments or lack of operational knowledge may lead to a total suspension of services.
